Chronic Condition Management Plans
Chronic Condition Management Plans are available through your GP and provide up to 5 allied health visits per year.
It is a goal of The Medical Nutrition Clinic to make dietetic services accessible to as many as possible. Tto achieve this, the clinic will process the Medicare rebate for you, which will then reduce the total out-of-pocket payment to $18.20 per visit.
Private Health Insurance
Rebates are available for private insurance holders, however amounts vary. Please contact your health insurance fund to enquire.
Department of Veteran Affairs
DVA clients who hold a DVA Health Card are entitled to bulk billing for services when referred by their GP.
